Do they serve Alaskan crab legs anywhere on the Alaskan cruise.  If so is it in main dining, buffet or specialty Resturant

I think it's fair to say that Norwegian does pretty much nothing on their Alaska cruises to recognize that they are in Alaska.

You can find them at a restaurant in port.  It's kinda like thinking you'd get Maine lobster on a NCL cruise to Maine. Not gonna happen.

Given the most of the crab fishing season on the ENTIRE West Coast has been canceled, I would doubt it.

Back in the day, when it cost a supplement above the dining package to use one of your specialty meals at Ocean Blue, they had king crab legs as an appetizer option.

 

But if crabby complaining people count, then there is a veritable buffet of crabs on every sailing 😜

You may have seen pictures from the NCL Garden Cafe like the ones I posted in my live posts below, but this is all Fake News because it is for one-off cruises and not on any others (except VIP non-revenue cruises)

Last time I saw crab legs in a MDR was 2006 on Princess.  It was an app and they were split.  My son was almost 5, wanted to try them, then promptly took my plate!  Server saw that and brought 2 more plates.
