Poker on the Jewel

The Jewell does have several poker tables.  When I was on the Jewell in June they had 2 tournaments.  One was a satelite tournament for the Poker cruise and the other is a regular tournament.  The buy in for the regular tournament was $80US.  The tournaments are held on Sea Days.

Thank you for the info! Do they allow smoking at the tables? I know smoking is allowed in the casino but as a non-smoker I don’t find playing at a table with active smokers very fun.

No smoking at the poker table, just like land based casinos.

Since the Jewell is a midsized ship, poker may be hit or miss, depends on how many players are onboard that particular cruise.  On the larger ships you're almost guaranteed a game ever night, but not on the smaller ships.  Often games don't get going until 9-10pm.
