Butler Service

the Crystal web site states "butler service is offered for all categories. Services offered will be determined by the suite category" 

what are the butler services offered for a double guest room with oceanview?

The butler in these rooms will assist in unpacking and packing (most guests do not have the butler perform this service, stock your refrigerator and fruit plate daily, make specialty restaurant reservations, and be the go-to person for you with any questions or assistance you need.

Personally, the few times we've had a butler we never used them.  Making a call to get a reservation at a restaurant wasn't too hard.  doesn't mean that they were bad but I wouldn't choose a room or line because of butler service.  We don't ever eat in our rooms or would want to.

I haven't seen any tags on the doors so my guess is no but I could be wrong.  

If I am right, just let your butler know.

 

If it is a standing order tell them that but if not just let them know what you want and the date/time.

 

My guess is this will be a feature on the iPads.

I just asked.

 

When the Breakfast cards with the new Crystal logo arrive they will be used or you can use the iPad when that is available. So two choices.

Yes it is. We have used it several times
