Crown Princess - Reserve (Club Class) Dining Room

Anyone know which dining room is used for suite dining and how to access the entrance on the Crown Princess specifically? Sounds like it's not the same area where others stand in line to eat in the MD. Thought I saw this info embedded in an older thread, but can't find it now.

Also a rant - frustrating princess doesn't make this level of detail more accessible. They are great about selling you on the perks, but vague about how to take advantage of them. I had my first full suite on a 2022 cruise and found out after the fact that there were tons of perks we didn't know about nor did anyone, including the concierge, tell us about! Staff on-board that cruise was so unknowledgeable and frazzled - couldn't get the same answer more than once! Don't know if it was due to high covid turnover, but I do really hope they've ironed out their crew training.

Reserve class dining is deck 6 off the piazza - DaVinci Dining Room.

You may have read where I had stated that there was no reserve dining for breakfast & lunch. That was incorrect. The non-reserve breakfast and lunch were held in the aft 6 dining room, but the reserve section only of DaVinci was open for reserve passengers.

Thank for this info.  Sounds like the Reserve Mini Suites can do the Reserve section for Breakfast in DaVinci and full-suite guests can choose between that and Sabatini's. Not sure if it was also you, but someone provided directions on how to access the Reserve section in DaVinci - sounded like there was a separate host set up away from the main line to the dining room. Does this sound accurate?

Entrance to reserve class is the left hand doors of the dining room. General dining (with and without reservations) use the right hand doors.

Heck, we sailed twice in mini-suites having no idea about perks.  On our third cruise, maitre d’ told us we were at the wrong place and sent us to reserve/club class.  We had some chuckles over that…life as an idiot! 😂

Is this only available to Suite guests?  Can you upgrade to club class?

Club Class is now called Reserve and is available for all full suite guests and specifically the mini suite with the reserve upgrade guests. Can you upgrade to either of these suite types? If there are any of those to class of cabins still available, probably so!

Just to clarify Drizzle's post, you cannot add-on or upgrade to Reserve Class from any old Mini cabin.  It must be specifically designated as a Reserve Mini and it comes with the dining section benefit.  The Category is M1.

Found this view on the Medallion app. they actually marked the club class entrance on the deck 6 map for the crown princess. Doesn’t look like they did this for all ships.

Reserve Class dining also comes with M6 mini-suites, the four forward-facing ones on the Marina and Lido decks.

True - on Royal Class ships.  This thread was about Crown.  Good point though.
