How to link excursions from different bookings?

We will be traveling with our friends on Refection in Nov. Our cruise bookings are connected but we bought our excursions seperately.  We used our OBC to book excursions and our friends also used their OBC to book the same excursions. How do we make sure that we will be in the same group (on the bus or on the boat) on the excursion days?

 

I called Celebrity and requested to link our excursions together, but the customer service agent said we need to cancel and rebook the excursions with 4 people together.  Is that true? I want to ask a different agent but the wait on the line was over 70mins.

 

Wifi -  we purcahsed the premium wifi package but I don't see the basic wifi. Is basic wifi not available on Reflection?

 

Beverage package - we usually drink water but occasionally we want iced tea, soda or coffee.  Could we paid for indivisual beverage when we want it?

When you board go to the excursion desk and they will take care of getting you all on the same excursions.

 

Basic Wi-Fi is only available with the standard AI package. If buying the Wi-Fi on your own outside of AI it will be only Premium. All Suites with AI get the premium drinks and premium Wi-Fi.

You can purchase water, soda and tea as you go, you do not need a beverage package.  The water on the ship is very good, you could bring your own water bottle and refill it in the buffet or fitness center at no charge.  FYI the buffet also has lemonade and fruit punch during the day at no charge.  In the morning there is juice in the buffet also.

Re Excursion Question:

on day of the excursion all  (or the rep for each sep group or couple)  should go  in together to where u check in and get stickers..let rep know u are a group 

The stickers have your excursion and bus #, usually.  And stay together as you walk out..

You go to your meeting point,usually the theatre,  One person takes all tickets for your whole group to retrieve your bus sticker numbers. No problems that way

As other folks have said, how you buy the excursions has no bearing. Just have one person go to the theater with all of the tickets to get the same number sticker to indicate the tour. Then you'll be together on the tour.

sometime they require at least 1 per booking to be there...be prepared!
