Carnival screen saver with cabin number

A few years ago, someone gave me a link for a screen saver for your phone that you put your cabin number on and that way if you lost your phone or left, it lay somewhere they would know where it belongs. For the life of me I can’t find that link. Does anyone have it?

Thank you! That’s exactly what I was looking for. On my last cruise I left my phone lay on the table around the pool and very easy to get it back from guest services because it had my information on it.

now, to figure out how to fill it in and save it.

It's super easy and quicker to take a close up photo of your luggage tag with your phone and save it as your wallpaper/screensaver.
