Venezia casino?

My wife usually plays some slots while I stand there and watch.

She could not because of the smoke/smell on this trip (8/31-9/8),

Non smoking room felt confined, she did not play at all in there, not sure of the hours.

Our opinion!

The casino is full of smoke and you have to walk through it on deck 4 to get from the bow to the stern. Lots of young kids walking by as you play the slots. The non smoking room is pretty small. I suffered through the smell and bad oxygen to walk away with a couple hundred in my pocket. If you want a good non smoking casino, the Celebration and Mardi Gras are you best options.

Haven't been in the small non-smoking casino. The large casino is very smoky. The glass walls that were added to contain the smoke help to a degree, but the smoke is so strong as it gets pulled through the ventilation system it smells like someone is smoking near the area around the deck 7 mid elevators.

You can go up to 5 or down to 2, walk to forward or aft elevator, then to the level you want.

The casino on Venezia is smoky but it gets much better when it is less crowded.  If you are in there at peak times it is quite smoky.  Later in the night (we are late night gamblers) it does get better.  The annex casino is small and cramped.  While it is non-smoking there is a strong smell of smoke in there as well.  Overall we did not like the casino on Venezia, it is small, the drink servers are very slow and there are too few of them (yes we did tip), and the lack of a bar turns us off.  That said the table games area is laid out relatively well.

for those of you who have been in the casino on the Venezia has it been really smoky?I know there is a non smoking room does it stay open like the regular casino? Was the casino crowded? We like to play heads up but on the legend last cruise the tables were always full.

Yes it is smoky in the casino.   The non-smoking annex is small and crowded. 38 slot machines total, of which 3 were broken yesterday, leaving 35 working  machines,  4 tables and a roulette table.

Besides being small, the non-smoking casino has very few machines, and none of them are the newer, exciting games from what I saw.  There was no “vibe” in that room that made me want to stay.  And the main casino was so thick with smoke that I mostly gave the casino a pass.
