Because I mentioned in the thread that I knew that it didn't apply to more than 1 person for us and we have been using this offer for a long while now and that I have had to purchase Cheers for myself once on board. Not all offers are created equal, as I mentioned.

And it’s not really in fine print. My perfect balance offer (FDR) has this in third bullet point…

We always get it for both because we have the same offer.  Other offers are DOUE but only for one and it says exactly what yours say.  But again, we both get the same offers so we can conbine the offers and get the DOUE.

 

It works the same for fun play.  If we get the same offer and book it under mine or my DH, we both still get our fun play.  However, in this case, we always confirm it with the casino when we book.

No I meant the details of the offer terms and conditions that you posted on this thread. Not of your last vacation. I only ask because I am legitimately curious.

That would be under my last vacation. I do not keep records on cruises booked a year ago

I am referring to the screenshot of the current offer that you have that you posted in this thread. The one where you said DOU everywhere applied to you + a companion, not from your last vacation in March.

 

I am not trying to pick on you. I am just really curious about the offer details. Like I mentioned, we have cruised numerous times using the offer plus have several booked but it is just DOU everywhere for my best gal. I just wanted to see the term differences. We get offers for DOU in the casino for both of us, but not for DOU everywhere.

All of this aside, some of my husbands offers are for just him and some are for him and a companion. If I had the same offer, we can link them so I get it as well. Id I don't , I do not technically get DOU but I can say that on our last cruise it didn't really matter because the server would bring one for me as well and put it on my husbands account. Don't come at me for "cheating " or whatever...the server offered and we took him up on it ( and tipped well) . Of course this wont work unless both of you are gambling at the same time

FD8 is for one person only - terms below.  Perhaps highSeas22 received DOUE for everyone and a companion, but those are not the terms of the offer.  If so, that was a lucky break.

 

Edited to add: There are codes that include DOUE for you AND a companion, but those offers state it, just like the DOU in the casino states if it's for just you or you and a companion.  FD8 is not one of those offers.  That's why you need to read the terms of each offer.

I want to know how much y'all lose in the casino to get those free drinks.  The Casino is not offering these cruise packages because they feel like being generous.

On my last cruise, I was talking with some folks in the pool and mentioned that I'm doing a back-to-back cruise.  They said that they wouldn't be able to afford a B2B cruise because they couldn't afford a 2nd week of gaming in the casino.
