How do we get from Port Everglades to Port of Miami for same day cruises.

UberX or Lyft should be about $55+.  The ride will take 45-60 minutes.  I would wait until most of the crowd has gone from your 1st cruise -- hopefully no surge pricing will be in effect.

Have you checked out Ride SAS?  We have taken them from Ft. Lauderdale hotel to Miami cruise port...$15/pp each way. Just a suggestion.

I do not believe that they pick up at PE, meaning OP would need to taxi/Uber/shuttle to FLL in order to catch SAS.  Not sure it's worth the hassle.

I looked it up and they don’t go to PE. Thank you for the info.
