I want to hear all about it! We're doing Princess Grills on Cunard next month.

Sorry about the delay, a lot has been happening .... We are about to get back on QE at lunch time again in the princess grills for 7 nights..

right a run down      cabins are nice and comfortable,  bed, desk, lounge, coffee table and 2 chairs, tea and coffee machine  which is good,.. the best thing is dining,  the restruamt is deck 11 with great views. you are asigned a table which is your for the trip, and waiting for you whenever you arrive for breakfast, lunch and dinner,  food was very good and so was the service. we both really enjoyed it, also the grills lounge on the same level was very good with good views often we had it all to ourselves.

we are generally princess cruisers always in a suite.. so the Grills is an up market Club Class, and worth the extra...   we haerd some people do not like being at the same place for all meals... but you can't please everybody

So enjoy your Grills trip     cheers Don

Surf and turf on formal night now consists of 'prawn dumplings ' on beef.  The small mushed prawn flavoured dumplings disappointing.

Could not believe it!!! We got fillet and lobster for New Years Eve. Just like old times. Meals for Christmas and New Years Eve were lovely.

Shocked that Princess is now charging for Chef's Table dinner and wine $207 AUD per person on our 10th December 23 cruise, a big jump in price.

In the past they used to just charge the same as the USD price but as AUD which made it a more realistic price. Since the pandemic they seem to mostly convert the USD to AUD and the exchange rate isn't great. Of course this now makes it very expensive

Wow! I paid A$130 in August (including drinks). My daughter and Son-in-law were planning to book the Chef's Table when I told them it was $130. At $207 pp I don't think they will.
