Bow of ship viewing on the Bliss.

When I look at live cams from the bow of the ship on the Bliss. I notice people their from time to time sightseeing. Are these people employees or passengers?

Looks like a place I'd like to visit on our upcoming cruise.

When sailing up to view the glaciers in Alaska they open up the bow to all passengers for sightseeing.  Otherwise it's a crew area.

The bow area is usually opened to passengers when the ship goes through the Panama Canal also.

The bow is the crew sundeck and bar. 
 

The bow is open to passengers for a few hours on glacier and Panama Canal days.
