We are booked on Serenity in December.  Just received.our E Tickets but nothing else.  Are there more documents that will be sent out and if so, how far before the cruise date will they be sent?

If you have your e-tickets you are set.

 

They were sending the luggage tags to everyone's home.  Someone said recently they didn't send them so just be prepared to fill them out at the pier.

We received our luggage tags sent to our home a couple weeks before our Serenity cruise last month

No tags were sent to us for Nov 23 departure

I called Crystal and was told that they are not sending luggage tags out at this time..

3-4 weeks prior.

The goal is 30 days before the cruise. Initially it was a week or two. More recently 30 days.

 

Just like making reservations. Initially 30 days and now 60 days.
