Hello.  YEARS ago, there was a linen / lace store in St. Thomas on a main street, I believe near the water.  Does anyone know if it's still there and what the name of it is?  Thank you 🙂

A bit of pre Covid, pre hurricane  trivia:

For many years,  and maybe still now, Mr. Tablecloth was the only store on that street in downtown Charlotte Amelie that was NOT a jewelry store.

Post Covid / hurricane visits yielded a lot of empty storefronts, hope that has changed.

Captain's Corner sold souvenirs and other items for years, and Riise sold liquor. There was also Tropicana perfume shop. The Leather Shop sold leather goods.

Lots of stores closed. Sad.

Mr Tablecloth is always on my wifes shopping list and to do list at St Thomas.

Hello.  We went to Mr. Tablecoth.  We got a tablecloth for our kitchen table and a table runner for our dining room table.  Both are very beautiful!

Thanks for the follow up! They do have lovely linens, BUT my favorite are the 100% cotton nightgowns. Hope they can continue to carry them, because so many classics aren't being made anymore.
