Crystal Transfers (Dover)

Will Crystal provide transfers to Heathrow from Dover (July cruise)?  Anyone have experience with when they would arrive at Heathrow?  We are looking at 2 flights, one at 2:10 pm and one at 2:50 pm (2nd choice).  Is this still too early?

Phyllis, I would feel comfortable with 2:15.  As I mentioned on the other thread I would look for a flight 2:00 or after. 
 

On our August cruise there were group transfers from Southampton to Heathrow and Gatwick.  While distances are longer I would expect the same.  You could check with on board guest services

We booked British airways 2:40 to go home. Our TA has arranged Crystal bus transfer for us to Heathrow from Dover. We are being picked up at Heathrow before the cruise by Crystal private car and taken to one of the offered hotels in London ( Langham) and the next day going with a group from the hotel by bus ( Crystal also ) to Dover. Our cruise is September
