Just checked the Cruise Planner for my April 11 night on Solstice.   You can no longer buy Classic but if you get it as all inclusive you can upgrade.

So the only a la carte option is Premium? 

 

Do they at least have 24-hour plans that can be bought on board?

The prices change all the time.  Flash sales.  Secret discounts.  Special promos.  Unfortunately this is a moving target.

Yes they do but expensive.    Last time I saw it posted it was undiscounted at $67 for a continuous 24 hours (expires 24 hours after subscription)
