How to change free excursions

I signed up for the salmon bake in Juneau, but I'd like to exchange for another excursion. How to I change it? I'm a newbie and having a hard time figuring the website out. Thanks for helping.

You have to call Regent and they will release it.

Regent has said for several years now that they will add that capability to the web site...still waiting.  This takes both our time and that of the agent unnecessarily.

I contacted my TA and explained which excursions we wanted to swap.  She sorted it for me.

I'm finding the website in general difficult to navigate, but thankful for this board where everyone offers help.
