Icon in November - Crew Changes

Hello All, I am considering a November sailing on Icon. I'm guessing the crew now is all excited with the new ship and were on a little while before the first sailing to get into the groove. The show performers had all their time.  Plus, the best crew from other ships were brought over to open the new ship. I'm a bit disappointed to miss the folks that are opening the ship. 

 

Does anyone know how long contracts might be for the opening crew and entertainment staff? I'm wondering if around early fall, there will be a whole new set of crew on the ship getting in the flow of things. The cruise we are considering is scheduled for early November. I'm sure crew will always be great, but just wondering about the changeover time frame.

 Crew rotations happen all the time and would be very had to predict who will be on board 9 months from now.

Contracts are 5-8 months depending on position. But crew could have started their contracts on a different ship then came to Icon.

I think I can safely say the crew on Icon in November will be significantly different than the crew currently on Icon. Beyond that I dont’t think anyone here can provide you anything more specific.
