We enjoyed the Santa Fe Dining Room...Then again the experience was based on the level of service provided which was excellent. The waiter team was so good we setup a standing reservation for the remainder of the cruise at the same table. I highly recommend this...If you find a team which is fun and provides excellent service just request the maitre de of that dining room to reserve the same table and time each evening...becomes just like traditional dining.

On the Dawn in October we could only book for 6 pm or before or 8 pm or after. If you wanted between those hours you just had to walk up and try your luck. It was never a problem except for the formal nights.

Can you book a table between these hours on the Saphire? We are on the 29 day cruise Sydney to LA next year. yeah!

Have to agree with my friend from Colorado. We had a great waiter and Maitre D at Pacific Moon and it made for a very enjoyable experience. We ate there 4 nights and you CAN order anything at all, even the specialtys from the other restaurants.
