All of them are rather quiet, private and removed from other areas. It just depends how close to the bathrooms and pool you want to be. Some of them have the over-the-water cabanas in front of them.

don't want to be right in front of an OTW...near the pool and BR is good, but not too close

Is 21 as nicely shaded as 23 or 24?  I really like the shade on those two.  But, the morning sun can be pretty bright.

Yes. The cabana is deep and covered with a solid wood  thatched roof, plus it has bushes and trees all around. We were there from 9:00 - 3:00 and always had shade. The table has an umbrella you can put up if you want. Cabana 21 had a nice breeze too.
