FYI - that room service menu is woefully out of date 

Pizza is $8.50usd.and so forth.

It changed August 2023.   

While it gives an idea of the food and drinks options - not all those food items are available, and lots of others now have a cost (outside delivery charge).

If you booked with the Premier Fare or the Plus Fare @$60 per day (the New Plus Fare) then Ocean Now delivery is included. If you booked Standard Fare or with the Plus Fare waaaaaaaaaay back when it was $50 per day (the Old Plus Fare) then Ocean Now is included if and only if you pay a one-time-per-cruise fee of $14.95. That gives the person who paid the fee and only the person who paid the fee Ocean Now delivery for the entire cruise. That person can, of course, order food and drinks for others but they will all be charged against the account of the person who makes the order.

 

If you booked with the Premier Fare or the New Plus Fare Room Service is included even by phone. If you booked with the Standard Fare or the Old Plus Fare calling Room Service on the phone will incur a fee of $5 every time you call.

 

No matter how you booked Room Service Breakfast using the hang tag for the door is included at no extra cost.

does the OceanNow app allow you to order the free drinks like water and iced tea? Havent been able to tell if the app lets you do that 🙂

Iced Tea is only available in the MDR or in the Buffet.  Unable to order it on the app (I thnk).  You are able to stop a server on the Lido Deck and request Iced Tea/Lemonade/Coffee.  That is a little bit out of their service area, but will do it with a smile.   A nice thank you is warranted here.

 

You can stop any roving server anywhere for a glass of still water.  I've often done this in the Piazza or while sitting in the Explorer's Lounge.

 

Come to think of it???? Wonder if iced tea is on the room service app?

 

And water on the ship is very drinkable.
