Queen Victoria Meet and Greets

Just a query........

I am looking to organise a Meet and Greet for a future cruise on the Queen Victoria. Having never cruised on Cunard before, how would one go about organising a Meet and Greet on board? Is there a Cunard person to go through to assist in such organising? Or does one just pick a time and place?

If the latter is the case, where is good quiet venue on the QV to organise a small gathering for mid morning?

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

You can find your Roll call here or even start your own if one has not been made yet.
I seem to be unable to add a link but check top of the forum and click on Roll Calls

It can be very much hit and miss.

As mentioned above, put it on your Roll Call to establish interest.

Traditionally, meets are held on first sea day, either at 11:00am or 2:00pm, in the Commodore Club, port side.

You will get no help from anyone.

I've been to a few that were quite well attended. Similarly, I've been to a few, when despite many responding on the Roll Call site only two or three turned up. With so much going on, people simply forget.

Good luck.

You may wish to contact Cunard Onboard Services by email and state your needs.

They will contact on board staff and a contact you can work with.

We've had close to a dozen excellent M&G's all enjoyed.

Thank you for that information. That was what I was looking for....a location in The Commodore Club.

I too have been to a couple where heaps of people have said they were attending, and then have not turned up. Very disappointing. The poor person who went to all the trouble to organise it with little thanks or reward.

Thank you for that information. I will pursue that avenue as well.
