I can’t tell if I actually get $200 balcony discount for Diamond when I price on website now.

are we only getting if there isn’t a sale? And when is there not a sale 🙄

You’ve got it right. The discount is available on the Tuesday after Good Friday when Good Friday is on a Wednesday. And of course, a few other days.

You'd have to try a mock booking with and without your C&A number to see what, if any, discount you get.

Generally, it's only when your balcony discount is greater than the "sale" discount at the time you do the mock booking.

 

To see if you're actually getting it, you need to go as far into the booking process as selecting a cabin or the guarantee option at which point you should be able to see, on the left-hand side, something like "see price per guest". If you click on that it gives you the full breakdown and you can see what discounts are being applied.
