Are any of Celebrity ships for sale?

No. But if you have seen any indications that some ships are for sale, you have probably come across a brokerage firm, which doesn’t actually have the ships for sale, it’s just photographs as a come on to their site.

Some M class ships  have been reported to be for sale for years, so far no buyers.

Because they aren’t really for sale.  That ship brokerage uses their image but have no agreement to actually broker a sale.  It’s just an advertising come-on
