New Year's Eve Cruise-Casino Table Minimum

A number of years ago when we cruised over New Year's Eve, we noticed that the casino table minimums were increased and we were told that it was because it was a holiday cruise.
 

Is this a policy that is STILL taking place at the casino table games during New Year's Eve cruises?

It's whatever they want the minimum to be. They have a captive audience.

I do not believe that the table minimums are set by the day. The casino will set the minimums to whatever the crowd will tolerate. Every night, the minimums go up as the night goes on. If you are looking for a $2 table, you won't find one. You'll find a $25 table. Which is reasonable.

Just get some other passengers together and start a craps game on the fantail. Minimum will be whatever you want......   🙂
