Bee Le Havre

Has anyone used this shuttle service from Le Havre to Honfleur?  They pick up from the port and transfer to the city centre. They have 2 options, either 3 hours or 5 hours in Honfleur and then return direct to the ship. Very reasonable cost compared to a similar tour from the ship. Thanks

Following as well, as I will be in Le Havre in November and have seen Bee, but will probably do it by public bus, which is cheaper...and I am not so sure, that they have a pick-up and transfer at the port (heard of it the first time)

Scheduled local bus services to Honfleur are infrequent, the timetables are complicated because they depend whether it's during school term time or school holidays etc, and you need to get to & back from the bus station (by the train station), about 1/2 hr walk from the cruise terminal.

But this is a new shuttle service set up with the cruiser in mind, and resolves those problems, albeit at a "tour" price rather than a "local bus" price.

As nobody has yet commented, suggest that you simply google "Bee le Havre reviews"  as there are a number of reviews from  others who have used it and have given their opinions.

Your other option is, of course, a taxi share from the port to Honfleur.  When disembarking for the day you may be able to find others quayside who would be interested in sharing, or maybe ask fellow passengers on your Roll Call if anyone would be interested.

Yes, used it early May this year. Received an email from BLH prior to docking in LeHavre informing they would provide pick up service from the port to their meeting point in Le Havre. Unfortunately, their vehicles are not allowed into the port. To use their transport, we would have to walk from the terminal to the meeting point located just outside the port area. Chose to buy tickets in the terminal for a public bus that dropped us off exactly at the meeting point of BLH.

Spent some hours exploring LeHavre as I selected the 12:45 departure. The meeting place for BLH bus transfer to Honfleur is in a plaza very close to the war memorial

Was on the 3 hour transfer to Honfleur. Was surprised to learn Honfleur is the most visited city in France excluding Paris. Unfortunately it was a holiday in France and Honfleur was crowded, much too crowded. I was disoriented the whole time in Honfleur due to the crowd and able to visit only 1 of the many places I wanted to see.

Found a place to sit and waited the last hour for the return bus which stops at the cruise terminal (near the ship-unlike pickup outside the port) and in town at the meeting location.

I would use BLH again if in Le Havre. Unfortunately the many visitors made enjoying Honfleur less than anticipated.
