LAX to Long Beach Terminal

We will be flying into LAX and then cruising out of the Long Beach terminal. Looking at options for transportation from LAX to the cruise terminal. Are there any hotels near LAX that offer shuttle service? Ran a price for Uber and it was $150 one way, a little pricey considering we need round trip. Thanks for your help.

Not sure of your question.   Yes there many hotels near LAX with a shuttle from LAX to the hotel. None of them offer shuttles to the Carnival cruise terminal.  It is 25 miles from LAX to Long Beach.  You can book a shuttle for $35 from LAX to the cruise terminal, but remember that the shuttle is per person while Uber is per car, so the car may be cheaper.

Eric is dead on, plenty of hotel shuttles from LAX but no hotel does a shuttle to the port.  You might consider a Carnival shuttle from LAX if they offer one.  We did that on RCL from Orlando airport Grand Hyatt after spending the night after a late flight the day before.

In addition to what others have said, it appears to me that the $150 price quote is for an Uber Black. An UberX or Uber Comfort from LAX to the Long Beach Cruise terminal will be in the $50-$60 range.

Uber is closer to $45, unless you are looking for curbside pick-up.

 

Take Uber to Downtown Long Beach and get a hotel there. The Hyatt Centric is my favorite. There are also hotels near the terminal (Queen Mary, DoubleTree Maya and Residence Inn).
