Is there an observation Bar? Joy

Is there a bar at the observation area on the Joy? If so, does anyone know the hours and have any pics?

I don't see any post-renovation video tours, not sure if it changed when they made the OL smaller.  I was on the ship in 2022, any pics I might have may no longer apply.

Yes, full bar and a Starbucks. There is also a regular coffee/tea station.
