This is a pretty good sized balcony. Definitely bigger than the one I had on Regal Princess.

It's a Carnival policy out of NYC and Galveston.  Yea, it sucks because Carnival doesn't just wait until it hits international waters like it's competition does.  Have sailed on NCL out of Galveston and MSC out of NYC and both of them allowed their open bar packages.  The only problem of course with NCL was the Texas limited menu from noon-500 on day one.

Things have evolved over the years since Farcus is no longer designing their ships.  Starting with I believe the Breeze, the color hues are much more pleasing to the palette.

I don’t ever remember tables there in 4 cruises. They usually take the loungers that are where the tables are away for the sail away party so everyone can dance there. MarQ and the fun squad are on the stage.
