Yep, could be. My pre-booked specialty dining is listed under the reservation section so pretty sure you're correct about that part.

Another change I have noticed over roughly the same time period is you can now add shows/events/ trivia/etc. to your calendar in the Daily Planner prior to the cruise. Previously, at least from my experience, you couldn’t add events to your calendar in the Daily Planner until you were on the ship (with the exception of ships that require reservations for shows). 

 

I noticed that too, and was happy to book the shows in advance at home prior to the cruise.  Though the show I really wanted to see was cancelled for the whole cruise.  😞

Was able to book a 6:30 MTD reservation on Utopia (9-13 and 9-16).  First time I've seen 6:30 as a MTD option in a VERY long time.
