I have an disability/special needs adult daughter who allow to at Oceaneer Club and lab during the secure programming.

If your daughter is 18 or older, than no, she will not be allowed in.

No.  The kid's clubs ages are set.  Only time adults would be permitted in would be during Open House times.

Anyone is allowed in the Oceaneer's Club and Lab during Open House times.

 

No one older than 10 years old (except Disney Cruise cast members) is permitted in the Club/Lab during secure programming hours. As Shmoo here said, this is a firm rule.
