Rare MVPinBoynton Posted August 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2006 Thanks so much for the link. That is a great site. Living down here in South Florida, it is nice to have lots of sites to check out storms.

Rare TPKeller Posted August 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted August 26, 2006 Well, I must admit that when I first saw this thread my thought was yeah yeah another site to add to hundreds already out there... But this is very nice. They do a very good job of getting most of the information I usually look for all on the same page. Thanks for posting this. You should probably also post this link in the Hurricane Info Sites thread on the Hurricane forum. Theron
Host Caroline Posted August 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted August 26, 2006 I find Storm Carib to be a great site! The locals in a "hurricane network" post and you get first hand information. There's tracking info as well but what we find so interesting is the perspective of these folks who actually live on the islands as opposed to all the media hype and reporting here..they are battening down for Ernesto in Cayman and Jamaica:eek:
