Eastern or Western Caribbean?

We're thinking about the Crown out of NY in May - just wondering opinions on whether to do Eastern or Western routes. TIA :)

When are the Western Crown sailings next year? I was only able to find Eastern in May. The Eastern is a good itinerary, as many reviews show.

I don't believe the Crown is doing any western the summer of 2007. Personally, I would chose the Eastern just because of Bermuda.

My vote goes to "Eastern Caribbean Itinerary". Love all the islands in this area. We sail next Thursday and chose this itinerary because it stops at Bermuda. Never been there and heard so much good about it. Ike

I would pick Eastern. I like the Eastern islands more for their beaches and snorkeling.

Just my opinion but....Why go near Jamacia?? Ugh! Stay in the East.

I think you're right - only Eastern is avail. that time of year. Ports are Bermuda (West End), Grand Turks, San Juan & U.S. Vifgin Islands. Thanks for your replies :)

I did western on the CB and I wish I had chosen eastern, I agree, Jamaica is the pits.
