sun&sea Posted November 6, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2006 We have a small group going on the Crown in January. Another couple has decided to join us and just booked today. He has a passport, she does not. She is going tomorrow to get it ordered. My understanding is that they will need to put in their passport numbers before the personalizer is complete. Is that correct? Is it OK if they complete the personalizer, say 2-3 weeks before the cruise (even though it says it must be done at least 45 days ahead)? I have a headache!!! Any group leader must surely understand!!! Janet
cactusrose Posted November 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2006 Just put in as much information as you have and fill in the passport information when you get it. They won't stop you from cruising if the personalizer is not complete 45 days out.
mississauga Posted November 6, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2006 Yes, she will need the passport # to complete the personalizer. My BIL & SIL did not book til 3 weeks before sailing so I only completed their personalizer about 2 1/2 -3 weeks prior to the cruise. Had no problems so your friends should be ok. streaks23 Posted November 6, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2006 What happens if you're sailing with a birth certificate instead of a passport?
serene56 Posted November 6, 2006 #5 Share Posted November 6, 2006 What happens if you're sailing with a birth certificate instead of a passport? I'd like to know this too. It will not let me be completed without passport information in there
