New book on river cruising

I just found a great new book about river cruising. It's the Insight Guides Great River Cruises Europe & The Nile. For those of us who have been on several past cruises, it has lots of pictures, etc. For those new to river cruising, or for those of us looking for our next trip, it has loads of information on the different rivers, ports of call, the different ships, and river cruise companies. It is a very comprehensive book and just about the best resource about river cruising that I have found. It answers 90% of the questions posted on this board. Check it out.

I have it and actually gave it to our friends that we are traveling with next July as a Christmas gift.,The pictures are great. You can order it online from Amazon for a very good price.

I called my Barnes and Noble and both locations in my town do not carry this book in stock. They said they would order it if I wanted to.

I ordered the book on-line on February 17 at Chapters.ca and it arrived today. A great book for our Avalon “Grand Black Sea Cruise” from Prague to Bucharest in September 2007.
