Baseball caps in the dining room

Well the cap wearers do not have anyone fooled, they either do not want to bother to wash or comb their hair, or are trying to fool everyone into believing they have a full head of hair. No offense to anyone wearing those caps, but no matter what your head/hair shape it still looks better than those nasty caps, and how germy are they anyhow? So unless there is a real medical reason for wearing it, ther is NO real excuse.
