Winter Break in California 2008

DH and I are thinking of doing a cruise out of LA in Feb. Can anyone tell me when the schools are out in that area? Thanks

Lots of kids (not necessarily colleges) are out of school for President's Week which is Feb 18 in 2008.

we live in northern ca and our daughter is off the week of easter 3/23

but i know alot of kids are out in feb for a week for ski week..

The Los Angeles Unified District (second largest in the nation) takes off just Presidents Day in February. Spring break is always the week leading up to Easter. Many of the religious private schools may take off the week after Easter instead.

 

Not sure about the other colleges and universities, but UCLA won't be on spring break then (they take off between quarters).
