Wi-Fi everywhere on Triumph?

Is internet available all over the ship or is it just in the internet cafe? My daughter-in-law needs to keep in touch at work and wanted an answer to this question. Not me-lap top stays at home

Sorry, no. FYI--the WiFi "hotspots" aboard the ship aren't free [Price List Here]....nor are they terribly fast [about the speed of Dial-Up]

We were able to get it in our cabin 7311. It worked great. But, I don't know about other staterooms. HTH

I was advised that all public areas have access. I was able to connect on the Lido deck and in the South Beach Club (basically the same place!) but I didn't try anywhere else, except of course in the Oxford bar where the internet cafe is located.

 

Make sure you take advantage of the specials offered at various times throughout the cruise ie: buy a coffee at the coffe bar and receive 15 free minutes; as well as watch for the specials in the Capers, as it is expensive. ($55.00 for 100 minutes or $100.00 for 220 minutes, something to that effect)

 

I couldn't connect in our room (6229) but I was told some staterooms may have access depending on proximity to access points.

We connected on the Lido deck in our stateroom, but it wasn't too fast. It ate up the minutes very fast. However, it sure made it convenient to check email. This was the first year we brought our laptop.

The prices lower as you buy larger packages of minutes, but the best price packages aren't offered on the shorter cruises...The lowest I could go on the five day was $.40/min. EM

Thank you all for the answers. The cost is not a major concern as my daughter-in-law's company is picking up the tab because they want her to be connected. Serves them right for relying on her on vacation. She is in 7297 so hope it was the floor that cabin 7311 was on not just that spot.

yup she won't be far from room 7311. . we will be on that same deck so i'm hoping my husband can access it from our room as well. good luck and have a fun trip!

if you are goig to on line every day the $100 deal is only .45 a minute for 220 minutes.
