Long Beach Embarkation

A while ago I remember reading somewhere about an early check in at the Queen Mary for embarking either the Pride or Paradise. Can't find it under the forum search and didn't mark it at the time since I didn't need it then.

Does anyone have infomation on how to do this if it's even still an option?

There is early check-in at the Queen Mary. Very quick. If you get there early they let you tour the ship. Very interesting tour. If you have all of your pre-registration done online and print out your Fun Pass you should be done in 5 minutes.

We went on the Pride back in February. Excellent check-in process and wonderful cruise.

As it was our very first cruise (Sept.07), we just decided to stay on the Queen Mary, mainly because of the early check-in and the proximity to the embarkation area. It was lovely. The Queen Mary is a bit older, but has remarkable memoribilia and tours...their restaurants were excellent. Our early check in was great - we were on the Lido deck by 12:20pm.
