shoe and slip help

I am going to be wearing this dress on elegant night of our upcoming cruise. I need to find some shoes that will go with this dress that aren't too expensive and would be summery since I'll be in the carribean.

 

Also this dress is a very thin satin material and kind of see through. I bought a bodyshaper slip in white but I'm thinking maybe I should have gotten a nude color one instead. Which should I wear so as to be less noticeable?

Always wear NUDE/Tan under white!!!! Otherwise, the white will "glow" through the material, really showing the undergarment.

I'm with the nudes ;-) I'd put a cute little sandal with it. You could try to match one of the colors in the dress, but I would probably like it better with white and a low heel.

Another vote for nude.:) And you might try looking for a strappy pink satin shoe to make the outfit pop a bit--there are lots of great pastel shoes out this year.

Definitely nude/beige under carments. I say go with a "strappy" dress sandal in pink to match the pink in your dress. Good Luck!

IMHO, sandals that match the teal / turquoise shades of the leaves would also look very cute

Definately nude undergarments. I'd do white sandals and let the dress pop not your feet.

Or second choice would be the teal. But no white shoes.

That would be way too much white. IMO :)
