  1. usually only one way out (same as you use to get on). They tend to get backed up quickly. There has to be a better way
  2. wow that went quick. Thanks for sharing and letting us come along for the ride.
  3. agreed. That cruise we had an older waiter, he was really struggling... seemed a little better by end of cruise.
  4. There are other cabins on newer ships that sleep 5 (and have another 1/2 bath) without being part of FH.
  5. Just to clarify, there are no cabins on Carnival above 5. Suites have different capacity tied to the individual cabin.
  6. They started in this past year. The Legend was one of the test ships. Have not experienced the “quick” times the op has but it works well. Some of the waiters were struggling with the adaptation. Sure it is better now.
  7. But we cannot stay in the Hotel California any more because the last time we were the girl who had those lying eyes, but I can't tell you why, which makes me a desperado, and I would leave and come back...and I would be the new kid in town. All this because I was living life in the fast lane, but I think I have run this into the ground...and your post made me take it to the limit.
  8. It means, using your analogy, that if we look back in year 4, that is the worse. Obviously "our" thoughts of year 2 and 3 were wrong, they were not worse, simply because year 4 is worse. Between year 3 and 4 we absolutely 100% know years 2 and 3 were in fact not worse. To complete the thought, in year 5 when we get an increase we know which was worse, even more clearly. .
  9. It has been a good long while since we sailed on the Orchestra when she came over and was MSC's first venture in the US market. Then (not sure now), there were several things which made it different. First was, because many Europeans were on the ship, every announcement was done in five languages. Not a big difference, but got boring. MDR experience was different as well. Service was, they seemed to.....be slow. This was done consistently. I had a high expectation level for the food, and was disappointed. The entertainment was VERY different, not bad, but different. Pool chairs around the pool were chair to chair all over the deck. Very packed in feeling. again, this was years ago.
  10. Until they get better, the worse early on were not really worse, you just thought they were until they got worse. Then the worst you thought but was not really worst was actually much less worse than the new worse. That is why their is only one worst.
