I was wondering whether they still send out the Congratulations on reaching Diamond Plus letter with the luggage labels in?

Or was this just a UK thing??

As far as I kniow, it's still sent out. I recall someone posting a photo of their luggage tags a while back.

So my next question is how long did any recent D+ wait before they received their tags.

I just turned D+ on my last cruise and didn't know about the luggage tags...YAY! I was most happy with the bottle of wine I'll receive in my cabin.

We received them recently! It was a couple of months after turning Diamond plus. Our status online was changed in less than 2 weeks of that sailing.

One of my friends turned D+ on the Harmony TA (Oct/Nov). She received her pin and luggage tags 1/9/17.

They have chased twice already.

Perhaps they are on a Slow Boat from Guatemala.....

Their status changed online within 2 weeks.

Ours took about 6 months, just the luggage tags. We had chased up after 3 months and told they wait till they have a complete batch to send to UK. Our pins and letter were on our bed first day of next cruise, also got our wine gift and welcome drinks no problem.

Still waiting for a reply from C&A......[emoji848]

We're in the U.S., and just turned Diamond + yesterday (1/30), and was a little curious about what to expect next.

I will check online in a few days to see if our status has been updated, and am just glad we have finally made it to that level. Not even thinking about Pinnacle...

Bob, thanks for your advice on another thread I started about the Explorer, inquiring if D + were allowed in the CL. At that point, we were 6 points away. We didn't take the most recent cruise to get there, we just needed a weekend getaway. Killing two birds, we got there, and had some well needed R&R.

I'm still waiting....and it"s been a few years since I turned D+. Don't hold your breath waiting for them. I phoned and requested them......still waiting....:rolleyes:

I was thinking the letter and pins may be in our cabin on our next cruise later this year. I'll just see what happens, but make sure to breathe! :)

We got the pins in the cabin the first cruise we sailed as D+.

Received reply from C&A USA saying their records show the luggage labels were sent out 6 months ago......and they will resend them.

C&A UK never replied to my email sent in August.

Turned D+ on the 11/27/16 Oasis cruise.....received letter and luggage tags yesterday.
