What would be the earliest flight you would recommend

Manhattan to LGA

Sept 24 2016 4 ships disembarking.

We cannot do self assist.

With all this TSA Im wondering

if 12 is to early

There are actually three ships disembarking in Manhattan that day. The Regal Princess is docked in Brooklyn, not Manhattan.

Assuming your ship is arriving by 8 am you should be OK with a noon flight, although you might want to consider doing the walk off disembarkation taking your own luggage. If you don't want to do that I would schedule your flight for no earlier than 1 pm.

It also might be a good idea to book a car service such as Dial 7 or Carmel so you don't have to wait on the taxi line for your ride.

I would not go with a Noon flight.

Things happen and when more ships are in port that increases the odds of something going wrong.

I wouldn't book anything before 1:00 PM.

And if you do not have TSA Pre Approv that is another reason to go with the later flight.

What terminal or airline out of LGA?

If its any airline out of Terminal B (a.k.a. Central Terminal) with their four concourses and four separate TSA lines it can become a bear. TSA-Pre lines are not always open at each concourse too.

It would be Delta. C or D by looking at the airport map
