Embarkation arrival time. NY

.....I try to get to the port between 10:00-10:30 am. On my first cruise out of New York, we were one of the first people on the ship. Then it seemed to slow down after a while. We found out later that the computers went down and everything had to be done by hand.

 

Better to be early and get on than have to wait in an uncomfortable if things go awry.

Boarding begins approx 11:30 on Sundays for Breakaway.

If weather not so good, if you have a balcony, watch sailaway from there. If not, go to deck 8 all the way to the back of the ship. Along the sides of deck 8 , both starboard and port side, there are many comfortable wicker chairs to sit that will be under cover from the elements.

Have a great cruise!

Breakaway is a beautiful ship and now my favorite :)
