3 ships for E800 million?

Three ships being built by Fincantieri? Seabourn's two new builds, debuting in 2016 and 2018, are both being built by Fincantieri, which might not be willing or able to add three more new-builds at the same time, especially of a close competitor. Eric, wouldn't there be some sort of non-compete clause in the Seabourn/Fincantieri contract?
