Lunch options embarkation day?

We will be sailing on our first RCI cruise in 2 days...Enchantment of the Seas! So, what are the options for lunch when we board? Do they serve lunch in the MDR the first day?

Park cafe and the windjammer. MDR will not be open.

No lunch in the MDR on embarkation day.

Windjammer will be open as well as Park Café.

Windjammer for me

We usually try to get the the Park cafe as early as possible and grab a table. Then we wait for it to open up.

They won't let you into your room until 1 PM or later.

Park cafe and the windjammer. MDR will not be open.

Both of which will be open at 11:30. Park Cafe would be my choice!
