Oh Stu.... I know that my cruise is really close when you post my Bon voyage message up here..... how exciting Thankyou so much you have done a wonderful job...

News just in is that the Ocean Princess will be arriving in Sydney a day early on the 16th as she is missing Tauranga due to cyclone Luci....

Cross fingers that our forward journey up to brissy then to asia via Darwin is cyclone free...

Better pack some extra sea sick tablets LOL.....

speaking of packing..... throw a plane into the mix and it certainly changes how you deal with it LOL...

Bon Voyage Jo and Gary. Hope you have a wonderful and safe time.

You are right, as soon as a plane is involved, suddenly the "extra items" don't seem that necessary, do they? It makes the laundry onboard very valuable and you start to realise that it doesn't matter how many times you wear an outfit, as long as it is clean, especially when you have to drag your suitcase around!!

Looking forward to reading all about your adventures!

Bon Voyage.

Enjoy your cruise . You are heading for some fabulous ports.

We did Bangkok to Capetown on Pacific Princess. One of the best cruises ever.

Have a great time in Capetown..its awesome for tours.

Do you have anything arranged for Reunion Island? We found that was the weak link.

Thanks David ....

Reunion island, I will need to check my notes when I get home.... I have been spoilt this cruise as I have a fellow cruiser who did a lot of our organising whist we were away in Europe last year....

Joanne..... Sitting at the hairdressers having the grey roots tended to LOL

Thank you for your reply.

Does the blanket visa apply to all cruise lines?

I would say so... Your cruise line would let you know if any thing different.... The one thing that you would need to ensure is that you have 6 months validity on your passport

Hi Jo, I have followed some of your trips when ever I am waiting on my trips. This sounds great. I find you are your best agent, doing jt yourself, with some help from the official agents (especially in some countries). We book and organise all our holidays. Agents don't have the time to research as throughly as we do. Mind you I love to travel so I love to research as well. All booked now and deciding on 2016 ... India, Beijing, maybe train in India (maharaja or scenic coach tour) then fly to China for the Great Wall. Mind you if i could ship cruise somewhere in between would be good. Still more to think about. More money would be handy :)

Thanks for your blog, I will happily follow you on your way..

Janice

Almost forgot Paris is a great place to get around in. We did do the on/off bus just so that we had a good overall picture and used it as transport for a day or 2. Most people speak English and as long as you say a couple of French words and of course are polite, they are fine in return. We loved Paris.
