No. Royal supplies you with all beach towels.

But if it is for the pool, then wouldn't be a pool towel? Of course there are the beach pools on the Oasis class ships, so I guess if you go there then it might be a beach towel.

If you walk around the pool area around 10am on a sea day, you will find plenty of unattended towels, Just help yourself :rolleyes::rolleyes::D
