Lounge at T5 LHR

Have a 5 hour layover at LHR after a 9 hour flight in coach. Followed by a 5 hour flight to IST. Followed by a 2 hour layover in IST with continuation into JIB.

Is there a lounge in LHR that I can pay to get into to catch a nap and maybe a quick shower?

I want to thank you for sharing this website. I too have a long layover between long flights and reserving the single bedroom was a perfect solution.
