Choice Air Port Transportation

I booked my flights with choice air for a cruise out of Civitavecchia

and was wondering if it included transportation from FCO airport to

cruise port.

No, you'll have to arrange your own transfer.

Doesn't include transfers but if you check the Roll Call for your cruise normally there are folks sharing transportation.

We got the transfers from Choice Air. They were not cheap but it's kind of a tight squeeze time wise between arriving in Rome and driving to the port.

We've used ChoiceAir at least a dozen times and never even saw the opportunity to book transfers. Since ChoiceAir is a consolidator, where did you find the transfers?

Try Rome Cabs (make sure it is Stefano) we will take them airport to apartment then to port and the to airport

We've used Stefano many times over the years. The question, though, is having transfers booked by/included in ChoiceAir.

have to book my own like usual but have never used choice air so

I wasn't sure.

So I booked choice air today for our cruise out of Rome/FCO. Upon checkout of the flights there was a selection bullet to opt in for transfers. Surprising this option was still present given we were flying in a day early. Obviously a back end app bug. 😉

When I booked ChoiceAir on the phone, I asked and the agent said,"Yes, I can do that for you." I received two different email confirmations. I had to call because I was on a B2B.

Must be something new. Could be an advantage at certain ports.

We've always booked the Celebrity transfers from ship to ChoiceAir Rome and Barcelona flights. That gets us off the ship at an appropriate time, and gives us peace of mind.

I have looked in to other options in the meantime.

No transfers. Expect to pay $25-50E on shared Mercedes vans..Around an hour to airport. I would not use X bus.
