creampuff66 Posted July 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2014 I am wondering if anyone can help me with some do's and dont's. I will be sailing with Crown Princess. I really want this to be special, as this will be our honeymoon. The best part is my future wife does not know.

rdsqrl Posted July 28, 2014 #5 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Your future wife does not know? You're going to spring a surprise 28-day cruise on her? Wow, I can't even begin to list all the reasons that's a bad idea. Bad, bad, bad, bad idea. Please tell her. Even the most unfussy of us would have things we would need to attend to/arrange for if we were to be gone that long. Plus, you're depriving her of the fun of buying new clothes, and even more importantly, depriving her of the fun of anticipation. Do not surprise her. Just don't. I'd never forgive a man who did this. It's not romantic; it's passive-aggressive control-freaky.
creampuff66 Posted July 28, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted July 28, 2014 We discussed The trip. But I booked it. You said you wanted to book a cruise on Princess, get married in Bora Bora, get off the ship and spend 16 days there, and then get back on the ship. But, you are now posting on two different roll call threads for Oct 2015 cruises on both HAL and Princess. I don't really understand what you booked or what you are doing.
